Extra transfer available: Purchase additional transfer when you need more capacity. Traffic note: If your billing-period 95th percentile exceeds 100 Mbps, the tunnel is limited to 100 Mbps until the next billing cycle. This is roughly 30 TB of monthly traffic.

Common IPv4 via tunnel questions
Do you offer DDoS protection via tunnel?
No. We protect our infrastructure IP addresses, but we do not provide or claim DDoS protection for tunneled IP addresses. If attacks are detected against tunneled IPs, we will null-route the affected addresses, meaning traffic to them is dropped. If you need DDoS protection, consider our VPS or dedicated server services instead.
Can I use routed IPv4 on my own router or server?
Yes. The prefix is delivered to your tunnel endpoint for use on your router, server, firewall or customer-edge network. Confirm endpoint and protocol compatibility before ordering.
Can I add IPv6 to an IPv4 tunnel?
Yes. RIPE IPv6 can be added to an existing tunnel. The IPv6 allocation uses normal RIPE pricing; contact HYEHOST with your tunnel service details to arrange delivery.
Can I purchase additional transfer?
Yes. Extra transfer is available to purchase for IPv4 tunnels. Confirm the available allowances and charges when ordering or upgrading your service.
